Activate account
In order for you to use Keepers Customer Center,
you need to accept the invitation. Click on the link in the e-mail you have
received from ”client.keepers.nu” and confirm your user creation.
If you haven’t accepted the invitation, and it is lost, please inform support@keepers.nu about, which companies in the Keepers Customer Center you need
access to: When you do that, you will get a new invitation.
Check Missing Vouchers
Log in to Keepers
Customer Center and click on ”Vouchers”.
Click on ”Missing voucher”
Choose the
account, possibly a department and a comment, and upload the voucher in the
field.
- If you do
not have the voucher, mark it as lost. If this is the case, we cannot deduct
the VAT.
- The
voucher shouldn’t be bigger than 9,5 MB, and the format should be either PDF, JPEG, PNG or GI.
- Press ”Save and close”
Mark all the vouchers you have handled,
and press “Approve all registered
vouchers”.
